Input deadline is 5:00 pm on Friday, May 21, 2021.

Background – Florida’s Department of Economic Opportunity recently released the Regional Demand Occupations List (RDOL) for Local Workforce Development Area (LWDA) 18 (Manatee & Sarasota Counties). This new RDOL is used as the basis for the development of the 2021-2022 LTOL.

The LTOL is the list of occupations for this area that are in demand based on high growth and/or high wages. The final CSS approved LTOL will be used from July 2021 – June 2022 to determine which occupations are eligible for training services utilizing the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) and other workforce funds.

If there are high growth and/or high wage occupations in the local area that are not represented on the new RDOL and there is local data to support their addition, then please follow the process below to provide input and make such requests.
